Bad Service and even worse attitude

Yesterday (31 March 2013) we arrived for a meal at 12:20 PM. Friendly reception and quick seating. The restaurant was only about 25% occupied, if that much. Tanya takes our drinks order, brings those, takes our lunch order and that is the last we see of her for about 40 minutes. At 1:20 PM I approach her and tell her that we are leaving. She finds our food and brings it immediately, but with an attitude. The main meal is average, the side salad is terrible and the attitude even worse. We obviously don't pay a gratuity and Tanya's attitude is even worse. Since January, this was our 5th visit to Quay 4 and also the last. Bad service, average food and really bad attitude this time round.
