I purchased a groupon for rump or linefish at Brazen Head Leaping Frog for 7 January 2013. This voucher expires on 7 April 2013. Since purchase, I have attempted to make a reservation 5 times, today being the 5th time. I have been advised either that they are fully booked (thrice), once was St. Patrick's Day and today was a public Holiday so they wont allow for groupons on public holidays (which was not stated clearly on the voucher).
Today I advised Ian from Brazen Head that I will be out of town and unavailable to redeem the voucher before the 7th of April, however he maintained that they would be unable to accommodate us. This is unacceptable and I deserve a refund! Brazen Head should not advertise or sell these vouchers if they are unable to cope with the influx of customers. They are uninviting and this is bad customer service!!
