We went to Col'cacchio for my wife's birthday dinner. She ordered the Cielo pasta and had about five spoons left when she discovered a long blonde hair entangled in the pasta, with about 3cm of black outgrowth at its root, at the bottom of her bowl. When we called the waiter and complained about the hair, he responded with franc disregard and told us that none of the staff has blonde hair. We asked him if we could speak with the manager and she tried to put the blame on my wife, who has white-blonde hair to the root, by telling her that it is a strand of her hair, because she has no staff with blonde hair. The manager (on order of the owner) told my wife that she could have a complimentary coffee, but because she ate almost all of her pasta, we had to pay for it and no other compromise will suffice. When we paid we saw a blonde woman, with a thick black outgrowth, of about 3cm to the root, handling the plates of food in the kitchen! We were shocked by the utter lack of respect, very poor customer service, blatant lying and disgusting attitude of the owner and manager of Col' cacchio! The same thing happened to a colleague of ours, at the same restaurant, and guess who had to pay..
