I just ordered a Large Big Mac Meal at McDonald's in Cape Town Train Station and when I finished my meal I found a human hair in the salad that was left over!
I immediately went to the Manager and all she said was "sorry, can I offer you another burger? " I then explained to her that I didn't want another burger, because for all I know I already swallowed human hair (as the hair and salad fell off my burger that I already ate) and didn't want to risk eating another hair filled burger. I also explained to her that it couldn't have come from me as the hair was longer than the hair on my head.
She didn't even have the decency to offer me a refund and she had a poor attitude!!
Pathetic and unhygienic food service!
