At first I tried paying with my bank card, which is a "SAVINGS" account. The assistant for some reason was entering the card number and before even asking me to enter a pin code she kept saying its declined. Another lady with a bad attitude who I'm assuming is the manager came and did the same thing. When I asked her how it could be declined when I hadn't entered my pin she loudly said it means it had insufficient funds and she also said it can't be a savings but a credit card. It's a Capitec card, didn't know Capitec had a credit card.

I then decided to pay with money, and she refuses saying the R100 note I had isn't the new ones we have. I've never heard of anything like that especial since I had just gotten the note from an ABSA ATM. Why would ABSA bank give me money that isn' t valid anymore. And while I was there she kept repeatedly shouting to her staff at the back to not carry on with my order. Not sure if that was to humiliate me in front of other customers.

How does someone as unintelligent with such poor attitude end up with a leadership role? Treating customers like criminals? Being loud enough for other customers to hear her. McDonalds CTP Train Station... Thank you
