HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

Walking into Capitec Middelburg CBD I ask the employee if it is possible for me to get a supplementary card on MY account, he says YES Ma'am do you have your card or ID? So I sit patiently for an HOUR and wait for somebody to help.. There is only 1 teller available. Eventually I get helped.. I tell the young lady I need a supplementary card for MY account. And surprise.. She cannot help me.. They need another persons Fingerprints so I can get a Supplementary card for MY account. and the more I tell her its urgent and that I really NEED the card the more she refuses to help me.. apologies and sorry.. I ask for a manager and the manager sits down in front of me, I tell her my problem and that I urgently need this card.. and she refuses. They need Somebody else's fingerprints to issue a card of MY account to ME!! Now I ask? where is the simplified banking? Where is the service that's so great? I ask the manager to cancel my account, withdraw the money, give it back to my so I can take my business elsewhere.. And she tells me if there's money in the account she cant cancel it.. I have to go outside to the ATM and withdraw the money.. only then she can cancel my account..
