I must say, i have experienced the most horrible and disappointing service at King pie Centurion mall. I was in a queue when the lady behind the counter brought the customer her food. The customer in front of me asked asked for the drink then the lady at the till suddenly changed the tone of her voice, almost screaming at the customer while the queue was long. I found it very rude and inappropriate. The customer in a calm manner was tyring to explain but that woman behind kept on talking and telling the customer to shut up and listen to her. She then said "you got your food now leave. That scene was disturbing and not necessary at all. I never expected such service, I just left very embarrassed and without buying there.
