Ordered two burgers from Steers Vryheid two weeks ago (mushroom & cheese and bacon avo cheese)..virtually no mushroom sauce and no avo on the other. After 45 minutes delivery like always. After complaining I got sad excuses the whole time and even accused of lying about the sauce.. decided that this would be the last time that I would ever order from this branch because this is the type of service we get most of the time.. ordered again tonight..and what a disappointment.. After waiting more than an hour I phoned and got told that the food had been on the warmer for some time already, and that the driver would only be delivering in 15 minutes.
I then spoke to the manager on duty and he assured me that the food would be checked and not be delivered in that condition.
One hour and twenty minutes later it was delivered not only in the same horrible condition that the manager promised not to deliver but guess what... two chicken and one beef instead of two beef and one chicken.. guess the food was never checked.. again. really???
