I have just returned home from a very bad experience at Primi Piatti Blouberg beach front. We arrived just before 7pm tonight to place a takeaway order for 2. We ordered a primi calzone and a chicken and brocolli pasta. The order was placed at 7:01pm. We sat and had a drink at the bar. Eventuually at 7:40pm we had to call the manageress to ask about our food. After rushing around our food arrived at 7:50pm, however, i had heard the waiter tell the manager about 7 minutes earlier that my pizza had been sitting waiting for nearly 40 minutes already. When the pasta arrived, i felt my pizza and it was stone cold!!! I wasnt prepared to wait any longer, so we left. I believe that the manager should have done 2 things. 1. We should have been either offered a free drink due to long wait, or be given a gift voucher for inconvenience. 2. Upon being told (within ear shot of the patron) about the pizza being ready for 40 minutes, she should have clicked it would be cold and had a new pizza prepared urgently! Instead, i'm about to tuck hungrily unto microwave warmed, soggy pizza... thats awesome!! (Sarcasm) I'm not impressed! the pasta had very little chicken and brocolli in it!
