We arrived at the KFC at 21h00 on Friday night 01/03/2013. We stood in the "drive thru" queue for 30 min! Why is it called a drive thru when you wait longer in the queue than in the shop itself! When we ordered they said that they have no Ice cream or anything to make crushers or avalanches with but they have ice cream to make milkshakes - That doesn't make any sense to me! Then when we stood in the line for about 15 min longer to get our food, when up to the drive thru window comes a guy on foot reaching into the window at the pick up window where he is handed a soft serve ice cream freshly swirled. She said he bought it a long time ago, but then it should've been melted already if he bought it a long time ago. the lady said that they are waiting for chicken and burgers. This is the second time I have put a complaint on hello peter for this KFC and they promised me the service will get better, but it seems like they are just falling into the gutter! This is so pathetic! I have had so many problems with this KFC that I stopped counting! But nothing gets done! I as a consumer, that pays for my food have the right to complain and I will complain every time until something gets done!!
