I have been staying in overport for a long time and each time i visited KFC for Ice cream they are forever out of stock.
A recent Event.
On the 17th feb 2013 at around 4pm my wife visited KFC in Sparks road only wanting to buy their Brownie Ice cream. NO STOCK!!! On the 18Th Feb she still felt like having the ice cream so this time i took her to Overport city branch. NO STOCK!!!
I called the customer complaints department and the lady said that was unacceptable and knew nothing about the machine not working REF: P3/13/2348 . All that happened was that i received a call from the manager to say the machine is broken thats the reason they cannot sell you ice cream. I called the customer complaints department back and the lady stated that they know about the problem and they working on it.this sounds very odd as the first time I called the first lady knew nothing about it. I can list a bunch of people that has visited your sites for ice cream and have been turned away due to your lack of investment in your company
Your stupid ice cream machine cant not be working for months on months you are a franchise store GET it fixed or get it out from your menu.
