We placed an order at round about 11:30 am and only received it at 2PM! At the placing of the order we asked what the turnaround time is and the teller said - an hour, so kindly do the maths and see how delayed this order was, and to make things worse no one calls and explains the lateness, what's the point of taking the clients numbers during ordering! I was not even provided with catch-up or seasoning and the meal was cold and Unenjoyably... And when we called to follow up on the delay we were told THEY ONLY HAVE ONE DRIVER!!! How can a fast food service like Chicken Licken have ONE DRIVER during peak hours!!! It clearly seems like you guys have a service problem when coming to delivers, we refrained from placing orders at Chicken Licken Wynberg and decided to order at Balfour however it seems like your service factors are just all the same BAD.
