Horrendous and barbaric service

At 10:45am 01/02/13 I phoned Chicken Licken Wynberg to place an order for my collegues and I. The consultant promised that it would take an hour tops for us to received our order, but instead the delivery guy showed up at 13:10 01/02/13, 2 hours 25 minutes later. When I called to complain the manager gave me attitude and kept on hanging up the claiming that it not his problem. when the driver got he told us we are not the only who order at chicken licken and he is not the cook at chicken licken and he not the one who took our orders. then called the manage and get me attitude and talked to the driver which i dont know how the conversation went but knew the driver was forcefullytook the food out of our mouth/s, we were runing around at our work place.

Probably 30mins late we got a phone call from someone at the "head office" treathening to get us arrested if we dont come and pay for what we have eaten. Forgetting to address their bad service cos the driver and store manager cudnt give us joy but instead thought being aggressive is way to resolve the issue (took our food, left the slip as he walked out) and forget about making a client happy. Our order nu 10047 serial 5171252
