Oh my word where do I even begin? I placed and order with chicken in balfour (no 59)& only got my delivery 2hrs later! way past my lunch hour. The lady who took my order was kind enough to tell me that the driver was in Melrose arch and was going to go back to Balfour to collect my order, I deliberately asked for the turn around time of my delivery and she said 1 hr! Well this wasn't the case. The lady took my contact details but still failed to notify me that delivery was going to take more than the turn around time.By the time the order was delivered it was ice cold and there were no serviettes in two of our orders and there was no salt in all the orders. The size of the wings was as small as those of a newborn chick! Please do not even get me started on the slip, it was a delivery note with no pricing, just the total, there was not even a signature on the thing to show who had actually captured the details on the hand written piece of paper good enough for toilet use. I regret this order as I usually order from Chicken licken in Wynberg and I had similar experiences in the past, so clearly this is a chicken licken problem in general. I need this addressed urgently, totally 0796913946
