We went to Nandos at Centurion Lifestyle Centre on 20 March 2013 to order take aways. We arrived at about 7pm and there was about 3 people in the cue. There was about 4 or 5 tables also.
I only ordered for my wife the quarter chicken and mash. Plain chicken. We waited for over 30 mins for this??
This after the lady told us no more than 15 min because they were not busy.
This is now the second time that I get this bad service from the Centurion Lifestyle branch.
You guys really need to look at the level of service that you provide to clients.
I don't believe it takes 30 mins to make a small piece of chicken!!
