Ordered food for a company and were told that our food would take 30 minutes as we have had previous bad experiences with the same branch. It has now been 75 minutes and still no order has arrived. When phoning the shop to find out where our order is we were told that the driver can be called back. There was no apology and no effort was made to see where the order was. Just plain bad service with no respect for a paying customer! Will never eat at chicken licken again and will pass the message on to everyone i know so they do not go through the same thing. It would also help if the person dealing with the phonecalls had some sort of customer relation experience as she seemed to think it was a total joke! When calling head officed to complain they didnt seem to care much either so great work Chicken Licken... i will now go out of my way to make sure you lose business the way i have lost my appetite
