Placed an order at 11:30 am this morning. was told that the order would take 45 mins even though my company is based less than 1km away. After numerous calls and a hungry staff - 2 hours later, the driver was still LOST!!! How this is possible considering its a straight road and less than 1 km away is beyond me!! This is not the first time this has happened with this 'fast' food restaurant but i can guarantee you that this will be the LAST time that Chicken Licken Rosebank EVER receives an order my our company!! Such a lack of concern for customers and besides being told by Veronica that she will call me back after contacting the driver many times, i still have not received that call!! round of applause of service please.
