Let me start off by saying I love Chicken Licken hot wings, Yesterday I went to Menlyn Mall chicken licken around 6:30 and got no greeting from the cashier..I igonered that because its what I expect at Chicken Licken as it is not the 1st time all of my friends Know that Chicken Licken's Service or lackk of.. Is very impersonal..I asked for hot wings and the lady said we don't have wings..(How do u operate at a mall and your supervisor that orders meat doesn't order sufficient meat or atleast put up a sign that says no stock).anyway I then had to order normal meat (drumsticks, breasts).after waiting 10 minutes I then received my very dry possibly Fridays meat. Why is Chicken Licken always so disapointing at Service.why don't u train your staff? Why must people have a bad perception of you guys? The service is always Pathetic! It disgusts me. I don't understand how you guys are still operating.
