I placed an order for 3 large pizza's and 2 2Litres cooldrink for yesterday and specifically asked the ladies that attended me to deliver the pizza's at precisely 16:00 at Absa Melkbosstrand as we will be having a meeting from that time and we always have snacks during our meetings. But no delivery was made and when we phoned them to question as where the food was the response was that no one informed them that a delivery was to be made and this was an hour later. So i personally went to the store to find out what happened and the staff informed me that they did not know that a delivery should be made and they wanted me to take the 3 cold pizza's and my drinks. I feel that this is bad service and something should be done about this. The staff's attitude was'nt pleasant as well when i informed them that i do not want the cold pizza's but a refund very unproffesional. They need to do what ever it takes to right the wrong towards Absa Melkbos for 19/03/2013.
