Ordered KFC and as usual checked the bag to make sure that everything is accounted for. SURPRISE. Got home and realized that KFC has now shrinked their Colonel burgers, and it now comes without a chicken fillet.
Called Broadacres KFC to speak to the manager Tsepho. Asked him if his staff actually checks the meals before they go out, to get an answer 'they are supposed to". Apparantly NOT. Only to find out if I want it corrected I need to drive to THEM to get the problem sorted. What has happened to South African service delivery. Not only do you need to check that everything is in the bag, you now also have to check if your meal is actually in the box. Why am I expected to go back from where I just came from to correct something YOU did wrong? So tired of ignorant attitude towards customer service
