MCDONALDS UITENHAGE BRANCH FAIL

I placed a order at McDonalds. Got home and realized I must have ordered the wrong burger as I'm sure I requested double burgers but only received a single cheese burger. Halfway through burger discovered mould at bottom of burger. Wanted to phone and complain, realized she did not give me receipt or credit card copy. Emailed and upon invite went back to collect replacement meal. For my own peace of mind added up what I though I ordered and I was correct, ordered 2happy meals 2double cheese burgers=R113. Wanted to show manager on duty on my mobile bank statement the date and transaction for my meal and only then realized that not only did I not get my double burgers which I thought I paid for but they charged R131 instead of R113
