This evening I went to get some dinner at KFC in the Promenade. The waitress Delmaine took my order and cashed up, while she was waiting for the other meals, I checked the bag and while I was busy checking, she turned around and told me "SHE LISTENS TO HER CUSTOMERS" so there is no need for us to double check.
Delmaine then got the order wrong- gave us two colonel meals instead of a zinger and a colonel, she didn't add the two orders of pops and we had to go back to fetch them, she also got the chicken pieces in the street wise 2 wrong, the chips were cold & stale, the coleslaw was dry and tasteless. It was a bad order over all!
I got home very disappointed and ended up throwing away most of the meal! We live far from the Promenade and it would've been a waste to drive back to replace our order. This was a colossal waste of my time and money and I will NEVER EVER support KFC in the PROMENADE AGAIN!!!
