On the 4th august we returned from the wildcoast sun and stopped to buy food at kfc for supper it was around 5 pm and we use the drive through facility . we ordered 4 colonel burgers and 8 zinger wings . we received our order and continued home 55kms away when reaching home we dug in and realized that one of the colonel burgers had no chicken fillet in only the garnish. I reported it and got a reference number from them on the 9th of august CAS-23794-M8W2H0 . time past and we heard nothing, yesterday afrter 2 I phoned to find out what happened and was told they will call me back in 20 munites time but nothing happened . thismorning the 28th I phoned again and was told it was refered to the branch they will call me back at half past 9, well its almost 10 o'clock and I don't think they will ever come back to me . don't support kfc in port Edward please they haven't got the guts to phone and say sorry
