On Saturday evening, 28 Dec, we stopped at KFC Goldfields Mall for a drive-through meal. As we do almost every week. Once again, as a few times in the past, they neglected to do their work properly. We ordered the family box meal and 2x double take's with cheese. IOW there will be 6x small burgers in total. On our drive home, my daughter (7yrs) asked for a small burger. After the second bite, she complained that it tasted funny. My wife inspected and found that there was NO patty on the burger. CHeese as ordered, but NO patty. My wife checked the other burgers and they too had NO patties. Now how do you put cheese on 6 burgers, but 4 of them dont have patties on??? If it was one burger, I would understand, but not 4 of 6.

We stay in Riebeeckstad, outside of Welkom, so its a drive back everytime to complain. This KFC is very negligent. Either they get the order wrong, or they forget to pack items. And what is the point of a drive-through if you have to stop and check your order everytime???

I am sick and tired of their bad service and they will NOT ever see me again!!
