Me and a friend went to Ocean Basket at 17:30 just to enjoy sushi. We ordered sushi at 18:00, it was still quite and at that time we were still pleased with our service. The waiter was doing a great job asking if we were fine ect. It was 19:00 when we were informed that the food is on its way. The tables around us ate, payed and new customers arrived. What a joke, at that time we have been waiting one hour and 20 minutes for a sushi platter for one. I got up and asked for the bill, just at that time they rushed out with the sushi. They asked if we wanted it as take away and i'm so mad at myself for not insisting on discount. We paid R112 bill for waiting almost one and a half hour, with no apology or explanation. This place is a big NO!!!
