1. We waited to be acknowledged by a member of staff for about 15 mins.
2. Our drinks took a very long to arrive.
3. We were told the sushi would be slow coming out, but after about an hour and a half of being unattended by our waiter and unaware of what was going I called the manager and asked him to please check on our order which was still not even made. We were met by a unsympathetic young man who could not even make eye contact during our conversation. When the sushi finally arrived after an hour 45 it was of very poor quality and looked horrible.
4. As we were leaving we tried to talk to another manager where we were also met by the same uncaring attitude.
I have been eating at Ocean Basket since I was very young and I've never been treated so badly. My family and I have definitely been put off Ocean Basket which is sad because we had very good times there. We would have been willing to overlook all those flaws but with the bad attitude it just made it honestly unbearable.
