Incredibly appalling service

Waiting on a flight which was ready to board at 18:10, we walked into Ocean Basket at 16:35.To our absolute shock, most of us either had to gobble the food up or put it in a take-away box because by 18:00 we still had not received out food. Almost 1hr30min later - no manager and no explanation received. My husband and I had sat at the Sushi section of Ocean Basket - the only two people there. NO WAITER/WAITRESS asked us if we would like to order or even a "hello". We ran after the waiters/waitresses and practically begged them to take our order. Eventually we found someone who was rather hesitant but took our order and 5min later a white couple came to sit next to us. Within 30 seconds of being seated, a waitress ran over, greeted them and took their order immediately. We waited and after 20 min our sushi arrived... with no soy sauce holders to each the sushi with. To put the cherry on the top, the waitress ran over to the couple next to us and gave them soy sauce holders for their sushi that did not arrive as yet. THEY were nice enough to offer theirs to us because we had sushi staring at us. In addition we ordered two portions - the other portion came 30min later. One word - PATHETIC
