On Friday 10 January I purchased a sushi platter to go at Ocean Basket in Promenade mall, whilst eating the sushi I had bit on something hard, when I spat out what was in my mouth I found that it was a piece of clear glass in my sushi! the rice of the sushi too was not up to standard, everything was pressed together as well, I do not eat ginger yet it was pressed against my sushi which gave it a ginger taste.
I have ocean basket regularly and this was by far the worst service I have ever received! getting my order wrong is one thing but finding glass in my food is something serious, what if I had to swallow the glass? No receipt is ever given to me at the store therefore I cannot say which person had helped me on this evening, doubt I would eat at this branch again
Worse service ever hope this didn't happen to any other customer on this evening
