I placed a telephonic order at Nandos Broadacres today (12/03/13) at about 18:45, only to receive it at 20:20. This was after I have made endless calls to the shop, spoke to Steven who promised to sort it out. The part that annoyed me is their driver kept on sending me "please call me " messages which I ignored. He then decided to give me a missed call, which I returned and he told me he was lost. Does it take at least an hour before you get your order from Nandos? Is it the customers responsibility to phone back their lost drivers? Is this how Nandos operate? I am very disappointed as I am a huge fan of Nandos!
