THE WORST SERVICE - DISGUSTED

On the 31/12/2013 I misplaced my purse. I went to find whether I may have left it at the Nandos. I briefly spoke the manager (who doesn't deserve that position!) Patience who was abrupt at the time;I however chose to ignore her and left.
Today, 07/01/2014, I went back the Nandos Broadacres and I spoke to a Gentlemen there just to find out whether the purse was perhaps found. The gentlemen ask the other ladies who work at Nandos and suddenly Patience puts her 2 cents in a loud voice that she has already told me that the purse was not there! I had intended on ignoring her however as as walked away I heard her speak about me to otthe employees that I should look after my stuff... What service is that talking about a customer to employees like that???
Nonetheless I went back and i told her that i was merely asking if the purse was found, she then raised her voice at me telling me that my purse is my responsibility and I should learn to look after my things.
I called Nandos Broadacres for her surname and I spoke to a Sibu who informed me that she is refusing to give her surname. It is my understanding that she is normally a very rude person and clearly the staff at Nandos are scared.
