CHARGED THREE TIMES FOR ORDER

I placed a phone order last week Friday 01/02/2013 at the Nandos Ormonde. When I got there to pay and collect my order i used an FNB checque card to pay. The card declined 3 times. I then paid with my Nedbank savings account and the payment went through BUT even though the FNB card declined at Nandos the money was extracted from the FNB account. I showed the guys at Nandos the smses i recieved whereby the money was reserved for the payment and they informed me that it will be reversed which till date hasnt. Been to FNB branch an informed them the situation whereby they told me that the money is in a suspense account and Nandos need to give authorisation for the money to be refunded. Called Nandos Ormonde and the manager in charge could not help me and referred me to the Senior manager. Called the senior manager who was out and he said i need a letter from FNB. I now got a letter from FNB for Nandos to authorise the refund. Called Nandos again and once again i need to wait for a senior manager. The branch manager cannot assist me. The senior manager will only be available tomorrow evening and no one else can assist me for the past 2 days. THIS IS DAYLIGHT!!!
