Ordered Pizza at 20h25 on friday 1 March - cashier dont have R20.70 change - tell me to wait - 35 minutes later requested about my order - receive it three minutes thereafter, request about my change - says i must come back tomorrow - i said no ways so she started counting out 50c coins - i demanded better service and said in that case rather give me back my R100 as the pizza by now is cold also! the manager walked to till - not asking what the problem were - not apologizing but took out r100 note and threw it on the counter. needless to say i felt humiliated by his action and service! never again in debonairs
