On 19 November 2013 me and my boyfriend went to Debonairs and ordered one hot sub pizza. We waited for the pizza and saw a sub laying on the counter ready for the customer. A few minutes later the cashier realized it was there and gave it to us. We left and drove 5 minutes away. When we got home the pizza was cold. We phoned back and said that the pizza was cold and Andiswa told us that it couldn't have been cold and that we were lying to her. Two days later we phoned back and i spoke to the manager that told me that they could not do anything about it and she spoke to Andiswa and the pizza wasn't cold. Implying that we were lying yet again! I told her I would not accept them not doing anything about it and that i would take it further. She said she would phone me back. It's been days and still no phone call! This service is pathetic from a place that we support so regularly! Its insulting having the cashier and the manager tell me i'm lying!!
