Ad service, cold food and no responce

I have had 3 situations recently.
1. i ordered a pizza and there was almost no meat on it
2. i ordered another pizza and asked that change for R200 was brought. it wasn't and the driver asked me to wait till he got change, by that time, the pizza was cold.
3. i called customer care and complained. i also emailed a picture of the pizza containing 3 pieces of meat and i was told i would get feedback the following day, if not later the same day.
