Not only do you try add cheese, you dont delive

Firstly I must say I have never been treated like such and in my life before. I got my ladies to order themselves lunch to say thank you for hard work. When they rang up the order they added double cheese
out of their own accord. When we phoned back to query the price given they said we ordered double cheese.

I eventually took the phone and asked to speak to the manager - when the Manager came to the phone I was told they have a competion for selling cheese and that is my issue how?? They eventually changed the order after a long argument. Then not only did they mess the order up the deliver the wrong food - after a long argument they agreed with me seriously where is the customer service when you have to let some of your staff eat and because of debonaires messing up an order the others must wait. This I find totall Unacceptable from a service ortientated company
