Went to the new Grata Restaurant in Bedfordview last saturday.. What a huge dissappointment, no Manager in sight.. Waiters were running the show. Food wasn't that great and the waiter was not the brightest of sparks' either.
Manager arrived at around 10.30pm just before the restaurant closed. Not even a "thank you for coming or did you enjoy your evening"
Pity, as the decor is stunning, but unfortunately just no atmosphere or ambience.
Don't think it will last long!!! Definitely will not recommend to anyone.
