My gf and I went the other night to Primi for dinner, after ordering our food the dish i ordered didn't seem quite nor taste the way it usually tastes. So we signal for a waiter and a waiter by the name of Temba comes to our assistance. After getting into a huge argument with him because of his bad attitude and rudeness we ask to see the manager. Charlene comes through and I can honestly say I've never received such excellent service before from a restaurant manager! She sorted out our dishes with no hesitations at all and made sure for the rest of the night that we were seen to!
It is really so rare to come across managers like this who make a difference, thanks to Charlene we managed to enjoy the rest of our night and thanks to her we will continue coming to this restaurant.
