The spur loyalty card is the biggest load of bull. I have almost R150 in vouchers I can NEVER use and I am constantly told the system says I am not registered when I have a username and password and can give evidence of this! Staff are not very helpful and don't seem to fully understand the loyalty programme. Call centre is always closed when we need it. Can ANYONE help or is this all really a farce?
