My spouse and myself were booked for the Gigi show on the 7th March 2013 with many other patrons. We are told to come early so arrive at 6h15 by 6h35 my order is in we wait for 1 and half hours and still no food. Most of patrons were complaining as they were not receiving meals. Eventually I speak to the manager our food arrives 1h55min later. My spouses steak is worse than road kill and un-edible and you could not chew it at all. My Lasagne was so overcooked that it was one solid piece I ended up finding out it was frozen and then baked over and beyond the point of return and we sent our food back. Other couples waited 2 hours no food. The fish after being cooked smelled rotten that the entire restaurant smelled like rotten fish. Disgusting service as not enough waiters at all. No attempt was even made to rectify the revolting service or food. NEVER AGAIN!!! Then when we got home my husband had gipo guts from the half of the steak he did eat.
THANK YOU FOR FOOD POISONING AND TERRIBLE SERVICE ON TOP OF IT. DONT EAT THERE UNLESS YOU WANT ABSOLUTE FRUSTRATION AND TO BE ILL!!!
