For the first time on Saturday night we went to the Up stairs restaurant at Quay 4 for a family
Birthday dinner.
We had to wait well over an hour for our food. When it eventually came it was cold and half cooked.
My Veggies were half rotten and my fish was only cooked on one side.
We never saw the Waitress after she dropped off the food and No Managers were to be seen.
I have never had such a bad experience before, shocking!
