Nandos has always been a favourite for me and my family. However the quality of the food from the Nandos in Eldoraigne has gone from bad to worse in the last few months. I am not sure if its due to a change in management or new owners but I seriously think the Nandos head office should do a quality check on how the food is prepared there. I wonder how often the oil in the fryer is changed or if the owner actually sees the quality of the food that is sent out. Our chips was soaked in OLD over used oil which was disgusting to eat and smelled... the chicken was not properly cooked. Surely you can understand I prefer my chicken well done and my STEAK medium to rare... the staff when we told them about the quality of the food just laughed and spoke in their language probably saying who cares... Well I do!!! Nandos in Fourways will get my support and I would rather buy my food there during work hours and look for another fast food restaurant for my family to frequent when I am at home. This store is doing serious damage to the brand and my only hope is that the Franchisor steps in and forces the change from food to quality that is expected from a successful brand as Nandos
