We went to eat out at Spur in Zevenwacht Mall and ordered Eisbein for mains and received the food and the food looked cooked nicely but when we cut into the food it was completely frozen, they offered something else instead and still made us pay for the Eisbein, to crown it all three other patrons also returned their food as it was frozen... totally unacceptable... we ordered spare ribs for take aways and when we got home the ribs were off... this seems to happen often at Zevenwachts Spur, they should do something about their service asap.
