Shocking service

Hi there, I would like to file a complaint about the way the cross trainer in the waterfront runs its store. The store staff is completely uneducated about the products and they are even worse at getting back on time to clients. I have ordered a new Adidas track suit top (black with gold stripes) in size 44. I have tried on 3 different sizes 42, 44 and 46 and it was either too short or too big and a size 44 had a defect zip which is why I didn't buy that particular top on that day but I liked the size. I have than requested that they order me a new size 44. The staff member has taken my details down, called the JHB office in front of me and they had stock which he said would take a couple of days to land in CT, I said no problem. It has been 2 weeks yesterday and I didn't receive any call back to notify me on why it was taking this long, eventually when I called the waterfront cross trainer, the response I got was shocking: they told me that size 44 did not exist!!! How can staff like that even work there??? I have personally tried that size and now I'm being told it does not exist in that style? It's completely unacceptable! I would like to get the track suit top I ordered.
