On the 3/3/2013 we went to McDonalds by walmer park shopping centre and ordered 1 large chips and 1 large double quarter pounder deluxe with cheese. Total was well over R50. We were then asked to wait in the carpark for our order to be ready. The lady working there came out and gave our order which I immediately checked. It was missing the 1 large chips we ordered. Upon arriving home we opened our containers and noticed that the chips were barely 3/4 full, the burger had basically no toppings... it was dry, everything was lop sided and the cheese on the burger was a thick yellow paste, it was not cheese! Not only that but they packed it in a mcRoyal box! The burgers are not cheap anymore so I expect some sort of quality from you guys, but to just throw half-arsed burgers together and then not even fill the chips that are ordered to the chop I consider money from me and its an offense I am considering taking to the CPA. I have taken photographs of my order as evidence and I am deeply dissapointed in the complete lack of care when dealing with customers food.
