Slow service with a bad attitude

I arrived at Sterkinekor Carnivall Mall at 19h55, and stood in the queue to buy popcorn and drinks before watching the movie. There were two people in front of me but I stood in the line for 25 minutes!!! When I started complaining and asking why the service was so slow Duduzile ignored me and just asked for my order. She didn't greet me or offer a service she just asked 'What do you want? ' When it was time to pay the machine was offline and by this time it was already 20h35, 35 minutes after the movie started. Because she was wasting time with the POS machine I asked for my card back and told her I would pay after the movie. When I went in the movie had already started. After the movie, I went back to pay, and when I asked why the service was slow, Irene replied with an attitude and said to me, "it's not my problem that you arrived at 8pm and it's not my problem that the service was slow. Just pay because we want to finish cleaning and go home" It took another 10 minutes to pay because Duduzile kept disappearing to the back while my card was in the machine. Carnival Mall is the nearest cinema to my house but I will NEVER go back there again. I'm shocked and disgusted!
