I recently moved to Bedfordview and this is the THIRD BUT DEFINATELY LAST time I visited the local KFC. The queues in the drive thru is always long as a direct result of the staff being so slow, and painfully so!!!
Last night (25 April 2013 /- 19h15) no less than 4 cars left the queue, having to negotiate their way out of there. I was in the queue for over 25 minutes!
Eventually when I got assisted, your latest products was not advertised and I had to ask the staff to explain the recent advertised product to me. Then I was waiting for my order, and you can see that the staff has absolutely NO urgency in the way they do things. I could almost swear they were on a go slow!!!
Final straw is when I got home and I got a Hawaiin burger iso the Tower I ordered!
Do Bedford a favour and close down! I would rather have a McDonalds there!
