My girlfriend and I decided to visit Primi at Sanridge on 23rd Feb 2013. We wanted to have cocktails and we knew that you have an extensive range. The waiter took our order and brought us 2 pina coladas. He then left us and returned 45 minutes later to see if we wanted anything else. He walked right past us and served other people and just ignored us. We wanted to order other drinks but we thought perhaps we must go make these drinks ourselves since there was no service. This is unacceptable because we felt discriminated and aggrevated - not something you want to feel while enjoying a cocktail!!! We doubt we will be visiting this Primi ever again!!
