My partner and i decided to go for dinner and drinks at Primi Piatting in Maponya Mall after we received bad service at News Cafe Maponya. Little did we know that we would receive the same treatment. The waitress (trainee) took long to deliver our order (35minutes). She then abondoned us and by that time my food was getting cold. I then asked another waiter who was passing by (unawares he was the Branch Manager) to warm my food, who then took another 20 minutes or so to return with my plate. Upon his return, there was no plate. When i asked him about my food, he then told me that another waiter would bring the food to me. I eventually had to wait for another good 15 minutes for the food to be returned. We then asked the waiter to call the manager so that he could explain the bad service to us. He didn't bother to attend to us, after my partner decided to go to him personally and demand an explanation. He was rude and his apology was unsympathetic. I'm never going there again.
