My husband and I went to go buy KFC yesterday and found this long que by Brackenfell KFC in the drive thru. After waiting - 20 min we finally got assistance. We then place our order of 3 Fully Loaded Box Meals and 3 Very Berry Crushers. When we got to the collections they gave us our Crushers and asked us to pack and wait for our order. Approx 25 min went passed and we received our order. As we left and drove down the road we realised we did not get the cokes that go with the meals. We went back to get the cokes and all they said was sorry but when we wanted to bring your cooldrink you left already. When my husband asked for the cooldrink they said that they are busy pouring it. Huh?? Thought it was done already. When we got home not even a km from KFC the Crushers were melted and to put the cherry on top everything was cold and yip you guessed it another problem arose. The burgers had no bottom yes you read right NO Bottom. I took pictures of the burgers without bottom rolls. This is not the first time we have problems with them. My family does not buy from them anymore for months already because of bad service. What is happening with the store or orders?
