I experienced some unsatisfactory service on Saturday eve while i was trying to enjoy a meal with my partner. Unexpected standard coming from PRIMI waterfront. While trying to enjoy my meal the waiter removed all my eating utensils ranging from the plates, glasses, serviettes to the menu of which we were intending to order other items on the menu. They cleaned our table even before we could have wiped our mouths with the serviettes.
I am unsure of whether they were in a hurry (clear indication that they weren't busy because the restaurant was empty at the time) or not but they could have at least waited till we finished our meals and drinks before removing them without even asking for our permission to do so.
It forced me to wipe my hands from alternative wipes which disgusted me completely.
Primi has set a bad reputation and if this is the actions of the waterfront staff, then i would refrain from visiting any other branches as well.
